问个问题,可能是老生常谈,以前应该有讨论,没有太留意,没想到自己有朝一日也遇到同
样的问题.....
已经接受了一个offer (1), H1b大概也快transfer好了
现在决定接受另外一个offer(2),但是还不能在(1)的starting date之前定下来
(小声辩解一句,之所以改变注意是因为对方的一个承诺在我接受offer之后变了,而且是
非常重要的,关于绿卡的-请讨论人品的同学口下留情,不是万不得已,本人不会这么自找
麻烦)
两个选择
1. (1) 想办法拖一个星期,等到(2)offer 签字,再告诉(1)不去了,然后(2) transfer
H1b, 中间gap可能要一个月
2. 先去(1), 等到(2)办完H1b transfer再辞职, 可能只会在那里待一个月多一点
Option 1. - 对对方的影响小一点,自己的risk大些(H1b transfer会不成功吗?),中间
一个月不上班,经济损失不小,但是(2)的H1b transfer从现在的公司转就可以了
Option 2. - (1)会非常不快,个人的经济损失小一点,稳妥一点, 但是(2)的H1b
transfer要从(1)那里转
请各位指教, 我应该怎么选择?

ourselves first.
option 3): If you can stay in 现在的公司, 等到(2)办完H1b transfer再从现在的
公司辞职.

Then option 2 is too risky.
If your (2) transfer does not submit in Sep.(It is possible, because you did
not sign the offer yet), and (1) revoke your transferred H1B after you
told them 不去了,then you would be out of status.
Also your (2) H1B transfer would possible be denied because of the gap
between your transfer situation: you do not have Sep. Paycheck from your
current employer, and your (1)transferred H1B has been revoked.
Just my 2 cents, it is your decision, good luck!

1)If you have your recent 3 paycheck from 现在的公司, and they did not
revoke your H1B at the time your (2) submit your transfer application, then
从我现在的公司.
2)If you don't have the last paycheck or current employer revoke your H1B,
then provide your recent 2-3 paychecks with the receipt(or approval) of your
(1) transfer application

Thank you!
I guess you meant to say option 1 is too risky, right?
How about if I get out of the country during the gap period (right after (1)
's H1B transfer successfully done)and apply for H1B visa (sponsored by (2) )
from China?
