If I have PhD, 2 years postdoc experience and one year of biotech experience
, can I apply to the position which need B.S. plus 8 years working
experience or M.S. plus 5 years working experience? the title of the
position is Sr. Research Associate.
I want to have a try, but am afraid of overqualifation.
Does somebody have the similiar job hunting experience?
will HM consider PhD candidate for Sr. Research associate position?
