想问一下申请H1B时候关于arrest record这个问题上是怎么问的，忘记了，看了看申请
H1B要填的I-129表格并没有问这个问题。没有像申请绿卡时候485表格明确的问的是
have you ever been arrested or not?
所以当时的HIB批了，现在担心申请绿卡时候disclose,会不会被认为H1B申请的时候因
为没有disclose而认为是欺骗行为，主要也是因为case当时dismiss了，也expunged。
关键是现在也忘了当时h1b申请时候是怎么问的了，而uscis网上找到的I-129表格上也
没有类似have you ever been arrested or not? 这样的问法。

I once saw this question being one of the prohibited questions in the
interview guideline of my company. I guess that being arrested doesn't mean
anything until one is convicted. so the employer shouldn't ask the question.
On the other hand, USCIS, being part of the government, can ask the
question for the GC application. Anyway, don't you have to disclose it
anyway? Then what's the point to ask the question?

trying to address the question based on my logic, perhaps with intuition
being developed in preparing the interview questions:), no legal
