给了他1个月的notice，虽然他回信说"it is a fantastic news"，背地里跟别人说我
非常disconcerning。有些担心他会不会给我找麻烦呀。想顺顺利利的去开始我的下一
份工作呀。我的termination paper，还需要他签字。如果他不签，我能按时上班吗？

ha, who gives 1 month notice.
it's at will employment, you don't need anyone to sign papers to leave.

That is true. But we have a termination form he needs to sign. I guess if he
doesn't sign, I will keep receiving my paychecks, haha

1个月太长了，你老板不喜欢这个。要走就快走，2个星期大家假惺惺的装装样子就算了
