Does anyone know if payroll stub or W-2 form is a must for H4 Visa
application?
Alternatively, bank statement will be sufficient?
In addition, these documents are necessary: 单位的收入税单（1020表）、单位的
季度报告（941表）

VOs dnt really check w2 or anything other than listed on consulate's website
. The point is an applicant needs to whatever it takes and feels comfortable
to get the thing done. It's not a question of must or not, it's a question
of comfortable and risk.
My wife just pasted H4, VO does not look anything other than listed on
website... but we do prepare a lot of other docs...
