Atlanta for sure.
Same reasons: low living cost and housing, comfortable weather, good living
quality...

我痞华人少。pitt不是匹兹堡的简称，是university of pittsburgh的简称。

对，downtown乱些，白天也还行。亚特兰大最繁华的地方不在downtown. 一般住家都在
北边富人区，治安没有问题。

It really depends on your career plan
Atlanta is nice and easy to live,but maybe not good chances there
