大家好，我刚刚得到H1b的approval，现在很想6月－7月回国续签，7月底需要回美国工
作，我的F1 8月底才过期，我可以回国stampH1b，然后用F1入境么？

很巧我今早刚问律师这个问题，她回复强烈不建议。我俩情况一样。
律师说话永远都是可以又不可以，最后决定还是得自己做。
有没有经验的同学出来讲讲？
我问： Prior to my H1B effective date on October 1st, 2013, is it a good
idea for me to travel to China (for business) on my OPT status (OPT Ends in
March 2014)?
For example, if I have to go to China in June and return in July, can I
apply F1 Visa to return? Or, if it is just too risky to travel overseas
before October 1st?
律师回答：It is a very complex situation but I strongly advice that you do
not travel before the end of September 2013. If you travel, you can come
back with your F1 visa but it will cause a big confusion which I-94 card
will be your controlling I-94 card after 10/1/2013. It is too early to apply
for an H1B visa in June or July. If you travel in September, you can apply
for an H1B visa, which will be valid on or after 9/20/2013 and you return
with your H1B visa and H1B approval notice. Your status will not have
confusing after 10/1/2013.

网上查一下rule of last action
H1B approve了之后可以离境并在10/1之前用未过期的F1 VISA入境。
至于已经过期的F1 VISA，不太清楚去续签（尤其是F1快过期的时候）会不会惹麻烦。
