h1b transfer, premium process. 上上周末就是"clock stopped"的状态了，律师非要
等到第15天才联系USCIS，上周末他问出来是RFE:
Specifically, the USCIS is requesting evidence of *****'s employmer-employee
relationship with you, and its right to control and supervise your
activities.
律师让我把offer letter发给他。我就奇怪了，开始申请的时候材料里竟然没有offer
letter???
请问这个RFE好搞定么? 公司是大公司，工作是码工，各方面都很match，实在想不到为
什么会被RFE。
