说清楚了给多少股，但是价格是这么说的
“Subject to the approval of the Company’s Board of Directors, you will
receive an Incentive
Stock Option grant with the option to purchase the number of shares of the
Company’s
Common Stock that you selected above at a price-per-share equal to the fair
market value on
the date of grant, as determined by the Company’s Board of Directors. One-
Fourth (1/4th) of
the shares subject to the option will vest on the one year anniversary of
your start date, and
one forty-eighth (1/48th) of the total shares subject to the option will
vest on each one month
anniversary thereafter, subject as of each such date to you continuing to
provide Services to
the Company pursuant to this Agreement, and such that all shares will be
vested on the four
(4) year anniversary hereof. The Shares will be subject to the terms and
conditions of the
Company’s Amended and Restated 2006 Stock Plan, including vesting
requirements.

觉得这也太扯了吧？这完全不知道到时候的 fair market value是多少，而且是equal
的买，很有可能这option价值为零啊。
有人对此有经验吗？ pre-ipo的公司常开这种offer吗？
