这下担心了.
以前 RA 做得不好,被以前的导师开除了.然后过了半年换了个导师.
现在公司要求做background check, 是hireright的.要求填写: previous employment
information. 那我该不该写在以前导师那儿做RA的经历? (我简历上没写在以前导师那
儿做RA的经历)

我看mitbbs以前的帖子说 TA, RA 算工作经历, 要写上啊?
并且hireright 要我的ssn, 一查不就知道我以前做的RA 经历?

Don't worry. You will be fine. Background check primarily cares about your
criminal record. You don't have to provide this RA experience to the
background check agency. If you had to, just give them another number to
call. They don't care.
p.s. Your SSN cannot tell them any information about your previous
employment.

但是我脑残了,简历上写了一项:work experience 里面写了和现在导师做 RA 的
project 经历.
这下他们一比对, 不会认为我cheat吧?

I have similar experience before( my professor donesn,t support financial
cuz he is not satisfied with my research) but no company cares.
Anyway, good luck
