Got an offer, tell HM to request an increase for reason blah blah, he wants
a number from me as counter offer.
In this case, how to deal with it, given no other offers? Really want to go,
if I say a big number, high chance they'll take the offer back. If I say
low, kinda sad. How to let them say first?

没见过要价高被收回的，最多就是维持原offer，爱要不要，不要就和平分手。

有的公司都是一上来谈价钱。

多看些类似工作的工资，觉得自己值多少就随便开个价，不要怕开高了，但也不要因为
另外一个公司开高价而开高价。开了以后就最好去，除非拿着几个offer选择。

加5%-10%总是可以提的吧。offer没有理由被收回除非他一开始就对你不是很重视。最
多就是takeitorleaveit。我同学里加价没有offer被收回的情况。反而有好几例是base
加了10k到15k。

给counter offer的数字的时候是直接说数字，还是直接把另外公司的offer发过去?
有没有非要转发另外公司的offer才match的?

不需要转发其它公司的offer。
只是要有心理准备，一旦这个公司收回offer，你只有从其它的offer里选。

讨价还价这种事情，雇主不一样，雇人条件不一样，应聘方不一样。
完全没有可比性，case by case。
