现单位工资比较低，但因为办绿卡过程中，所以不好辞职
现在其他单位拿到一个offer，想让现在公司给match

千万别让他们觉得你想让他们MATCH，然后还呆着。这样的话你一定不会被MATCH。要义

办绿卡过程中，所以不好辞职 “有这个的话，就没必要了吧。”
Anytime you start a negotiation, you should have the courage to walk away if
it doesn't work out the way you expected.
