We are a Peninsula based professional services firm looking for strong Full-
Time Senior Accountants with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are a fast
growing financial firm providing accounting, finance and back office support
to start-ups and early stage companies throughout the Bay Area.

Position Requirements:
Deep understanding of GAAP accounting (SaaS business model experience
preferred)
Ability to run month end close process and review financials
Full AR and AP processing knowledge
GL Entry
Payroll
Month and Year End Financial Close
Tax filing understanding
Reconciliations
Strong Writing and Communication Skills
Ability to work alone and in teams
Excellent multitasking skills in a fast paced environment
Clients are located throughout the Bay Area: East Bay, South Bay, Peninsula
and San Francisco. Must be willing and able to travel to these locations.
QuickBooks and/or Peachtree Skills
Experience Needed:
3-5+ years relevant accounting experience; technology industry experience
preferred
