Graphics SW Engineer Intern - 745931
Description
The Graphics Initiatives team(GrIT) in VPG(Visual and Parallel Computing
Group) is an advanced development team focused on Data Center graphics
including cloud media transcode, graphics virtualization, parallel
processing/programming, GPU compute, and workstation. The SW engineering
team creates rapid prototypes of new technology, path finds new usages, and
creates proof of concepts for the emerging graphics needs in the data center
.
Role: Key contributor, SW Graphics Engineer Intern
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Student currently enrolled in MS or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering
courses.
The ideal candidate is a student in the active research area of visual
understanding, machine learning or neural networks. The candidate will be
expected to have hands-on research experiment with Convolutional Neural
Network, and possess some GPGPU knowledge. 4+ years of C++/C, and object-
oriented programming experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with OpenCL is a plus.
