排队能领到票是吗？一个人只能领一张票 = 买一个东西？
或者可以另多张票，对应不同的东西？
前几年都没去排过队，不知道情形。今年想试一下。

今天USCIS的公告出来了，今年H1B是继续抽签，但是下面有几条，是会继续受理的
里面写到
USCIS will continue to accept and process petitions that are otherwise
exempt from the cap. Petitions filed on behalf of current H-1B workers who
have been counted previously against the cap, and who still retain their cap
number, will also not be counted toward the congressionally mandated FY
2016 H-1B cap. USCIS will continue to accept and process petitions filed to:
* Extend the amount of time a current H-1B worker may remain in the United
States;
* Change the terms of employment for current H-1B workers;
* Allow current H-1B workers to change employers; and
* Allow current H-1B workers to work concurrently in a second H-1B position.
U.S. businesses use the H-1B program to employ foreign workers in
occupations that require highly specialized knowledge in fields such as
science, engineering and computer programming.

有点意思，去年的通知是这样：

但貌似就是一个意思

我的理解是，所有的major都是允许concurrently有两份h1b的，只要你每个雇主都愿意
为你file h1b且每个h1b符合工作时长和工资标准。concurrent h1b不用抽签不占名额。

广告上说 doors open 5am but we may pass out tickets up to 2 hours earlier.
是不是说3点开始发票，confused.
我这农村，以前没排过，希望不会有太多人去排，如果要从下午就开始排就没必要了.
是觉得好玩，能抢些东西，但是天气太冷了。

允许多份h1b本来就没问题，每个雇主file一个h1b而已
