国内的父母对自己的孩子总是没有多少自由可言的，
这个通常也是那些索南们抨击国内教育的一个重要理由，
这里面既有长期以来封建思想侵蚀的原因，也有现在现实中的一些原因，
今天来说一下现实中的原因，
我们都知道现在国内还是农村人比较多，所以很多人毕生的梦想还是想去大城市过上好
日子，至少可以脱离农村面朝黄土背朝天的生活，但是一般人没啥别的办法，只能是通
过接受教育这一种方式来实现，
于是教育成了一个独木桥，千军万马都争相来过桥，
在这种情况下，你想想父母能不从小都抓着孩子去认真学习，去追赶其他同学的好成绩?
现在的压力就是这么大，你不努力你的机会就没有了。
所以国内的父母至少从孩子很小的时候就在教育方面想要掌控孩子的教育权，在这种背
景下，孩子的其他权利自然而然的被抓走了，
只要是目前的教育没有发生本质的变化，我不认为这样父母掌控孩子的方面能有多大的
改观，所这其实还是和社会的发展水平有很大的关系的。
等到经济上去了，教育不再是唯一的选择了，自然就会改善的

bootcamp之后 你可以选你喜欢的组加入
你选哪个就能进哪个
不会有任何情况 你选了 但是人家不要你的时候
我怎么听着不太靠谱呢？
假设 某个组10个人都想进 但是这个组 用不了这么多人怎么办？
顺便问一下
一般情况下 fb家 level 5 和 level 6都大概 几年工作经验 多大的package啊？

一个interviewer是对我这么解释的。 bootcamp之后， there will be a list of
teams who are in need of people, those teams will come to bootcamp and u can
pick from those teams
so let's say the facebook internationalization team is short of programmers,
they will come to bootcamp and become one of the options for u to choose
but let's say if facebook newsfeed does not need people, they won't come and
it will not be avaiable to u, unless u know someone in that group and go
around the usual bootcamp procedure

anyone with a few years of experience is eligible for E5 or above. Have

I've seen people with >15 year experiences with E5 package.
The package varies greatly so not much point
to compare.

headcount是活的。 如果老板， 大老板， 大大老板喜欢你， paper上没headcount，
也会create a headcount。 但像我们这种小虾米， 就只能是什么组在招人

对， 但没那么直接。 一个韩国女， 他妈的就问了我一道题， decode ways， 10分
钟解决， 然后死活就不问第二题了， 和我闲聊了40，50分钟， 他妈的， 还告诉我，
facebook的new travel policy是business class， 她一直要飞london的facebook，
下次她飞， 就business class了。。。
我心想， 这是要不让我过呢？ 还是太喜欢我？

这个版上大部分FB offer都是E3/E4,
来问E6的还真少见，cong并仰视一下 :)

中午给我lunch interview的中国mm告诉我 现在只招E5以上的 （不知道 是内部的
rumor还是真的）
而且 不管谁都要bootcamp~
我是压根 不知道fb到底什么标准来给level的 才来问的~

现在的确e5以下的名额很少，e5+包括e5。进了bootcamp最后没有组要，直接走人的也
有，不过是极小概率事件。

E5要求是能做独立或领导小组做大项目，也就是对应了入门级manager。
E6需要能跨组合作，并支撑组里多个大项目。

Bootcamp的主要目的是给新来的人一个接触不同组的机会，这样可以更好的选组。所以
其实bootcamp对E5+更重要，entry-level去什么组都可以学到很多东西，E5+就不一样
了，需要找一个合适自己的组。Management-track的新人也要bootcamp，但是他们可以
选的组和IC-track不一样。

G的recruiter一直说自己的级别比F高一级，F一直说一样。具体情况么就看你面试表现
如何，有几个conpeting offer，会不会negotiate了。
