Computer Vision Algorithm Researcher:
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Develop and optimize computer vision/eye-interaction algorithms for head
mounted displays
*Work closely with optical, mechanical, firmware and software engineers to
design and implement complete end-to-end hardware and software solutions
that enable deployment of low-cost and low-power commercial devices
QUALIFICATIONS
*Minimum 5 years industry or professional academic research in the fields of
computer vision, signal processing and embedded algorithm development
*Prior experience with embedded systems with good understanding of
deconstructing algorithms for embedded implementation and/or hardware
acceleration
*Familiar with 2D filtering, feature extraction and tracking, blob finding,
shape fitting, RANSAC, linear algebra, remapping, SLAM, 3D fitting and 3D
geometry
*Experience with Matlab or other rapid-prototyping environment and
implementation in C.
*Able to develop new concepts into practical algorithms and implementation.
PhD in CV, Image Processing, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or other
related field

Human-Computer Interaction Researcher
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Define creative, intuitive user experiences and solve challenging
interaction problems
*Apply Eyefluence eye-interaction technology to real-world applications
*Develop workflows, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive mockups
*Design, plan and execute user research
*Design and run user tests, analyze and present conclusions and
recommendations
*Document new designs and approaches
*Work with legal team to develop and record intellectual property
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Masters Degree or Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction Design, UI or UX
design
*You think conceptually and creatively, engage in information modeling
sessions, follow technical discussions, and communicate clearly.
*You have worked on immersive experiences beyond games and/or web, you
understand how people interact with experiences in the real world.
*You have a deep understanding and passion of human interaction and behavior
and empathize with the people you are creating experiences for.
*Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to visual designers and
software engineers
*Your portfolio clearly demonstrates user-friendly and creative design from
concept to finished product
*You thrive in a dynamic small team environment
*Familiarity with Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality
