because only 'high-tech' startups have money to burn on craps like this.
if startups die out, craps like this will disappear in no time.

only bubble crap companies use bubble crap like this.
i get it. everything has its value.
for crap like this, it should value as small as a peanut.
two years ago, a big bubble (fb) ate a smaller bubble (whatsapp).
and such kind of crap (bubbling) is still happening.

While you could feel everything like a crap, certain. But when we talk to
something real,
the best way is to have more numbers.
Slack has recurring revenue of 60-70 millions / yr, they got to that level
just a few weeks
ago. While a 50+ revenue multiplier sounds insane to justify the 3.8B
valuation, you have to
count in its growth. If the growth last for 1 year, the revenue multiplier
will about ~15, which
is very reasonable. If it grows like that for 2 years, then it's a smoking
hot deal.
The game of startup valuation is like you bid a house in the smoking hot Bay
area. The price
is set the guy who make the highest bid.

你在鼓吹bubble的这几年人家已经赚翻了,股市从来不缺唱空的声音,你从牛市唱到牛
市结束总会对一次,然并软。
