第一次拿到有rsu的offer，很多细节不了解。。。
Equity Participation: Subject to the approval of our board of directors,
which will occur after your start date, you will receive a Restricted Stock
Unit (“RSU”) award with an aggregate fair market value of $200,000.00 (
determined on the date of grant). The number of RSUs will be based upon the
fair market value of our common stock on the date of grant as determined
under the terms of the Company's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. The award will
be subject to the terms of the Plan and an agreement entered into between
you and the Company. Subject to board approval, the RSUs will vest over 4
years, 25% of the total grant on the first anniversary of the vesting
commencement date, and the remainder, ratably, quarterly for the subsequent
3 years.
有几点不太懂。。。请教大家：
1. 所以是说第一年年底的时候，根据当时的股价，给你价值5万刀的股票 － （而不是
一入职就根据当时的股价，决定给你多少股么？）； 然后第二年开始，每个quarter根
据当时的股价，再决定到底会给你多少股的股票么？？
2. ‘Subject to the approval of our board of directors’ －－－这个是正常的
么？是说还有可能不approve,然后不给我equity么？
