BS/MS/PhD from top school & strong aptitude toward problem solving and
working with large data sets. Experience with Map Reduce over large dataset.
1 - 2 years hands-on experience with the Hadoop stack (e.g. MapReduce, Pig,
Hive, Hbase).
Procient knowledge in Java/C/C++.
Basic understanding of SQL.
Experience in Machine Learning not required but highly desired.
Experience implementing a business intelligence or reporting system.
Strong understanding of CS concepts such as data structures, OOPS, and
Algorithms. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Self-starter who can work independently.
Team-player who is pleasant to work with.
Excellent at both verbal and written communications.
Job Responsibilities:
Build scalable data systems using Hadoop stack technologies.
Work on the most cutting-edge cross-device technology. Rollup data in
different dimensions for analysis.

What You Need For This Position
PhD from top school & strong aptitude toward problem solving and working
with large data sets.
4-5 years experience in Ad Tech, such as Ad-selection and bidding
optimizations.
Prior experience applying strong mathematics fundamentals in data analysis
and modeling.
Strong algorithm & data structure knowledge.Hadoop, Hive, Lucene, Nutch,
MapReduce or other related big data technology experience or aptitude.
Outstanding communication skills is a must.
Experience working with big data sets or coming out of a highly scalable,
