Rental offer: same rental price
1st one: living with landlord couple( 40 -- 50 years old ), 3 people in
total, private bathroom
2st one: landlord does not live in the house,but will have 4 roommates, 5
people in total, share bathroom
Feel that the first one's landlord is picky, concern that he will give some
trouble when living in.. Any suggestions which one is better ?

I would pick the 1st one as you have better privacy and more resource to
access.
However if you are new and need the help, recommendation, opinion and so on
here and there from your roommates, the 2nd one seems to be better choice.

hard to say
move to where u feel comfortable
that's why good to work in lower cost areas
rent ur own apt

That's the thing: when I meet the landlord, feel that he is a picky guy.
Concern that if I frequently use the kitchen, living room, etc, he will not
be happy ? especially his lease does not mention the lease term, which
means he can use the 30 day notice to get me out anytime he wants..

hard to say which I will feel comfortable, unless I try both of them.
Difference is that one is living with landlord ( private bathroom ), one is
living with 2 more roommates( shared bathroom )
