Sorry, I can't input Chinese here.
I got a verbal offer on Monday. Today is Friday and I still didn't get the
letter yet. The HR said it is simply in approval. Everything seems to be
normal. But you know, waiting for an offer is kind of torture.

很normal
需要上面头签字，有人不在就等了。。。

公司大头看到有更好的candidate，而且人家愿意要更低的报酬就可以工作。
大家都拿offer向公司BID，公司也可以拿市场上的储备人员来BID。
