当然有内部估值， 刚融资的 有所谓的 term sheet, 更准确些。 startup， 其实任何

拿到了 offer, 应该可以多问一些内部的数据， 比如 current revenue, revenue
growth rate year over year, and profitable or not. of course, they may not
tell you depending on your level and the size of the company.
