就一个offer就去上班的话，你肯定不会有很高的收入。而且很有可能会被当做就是想
平行跳槽之类的不受领导的重视。
很多人都是对自己的工作不满才出来找工作的。但是很多人都不懂自己到底要找什么。
就是职业规划没有做到位所以根本不知道自己做什么比较好或者比较合适的。这个时候
就需要你先自己做好职业规划。然后就去到处面试找自己想要的offer。有的时候计划
做的再好也抵不过你当时和面试官聊的好。有的公司的面试官还是很喜欢没有计划的那
种学生或者已经有一段时间工作经验并且对工作有独到的见解的人的。这样的情况下你
其实在面试的时候还是很吃香的。
不过对待这种公司，你要是真的很想去的话，就告诉他的HR，你有很多的offer未必选
择这家。这点上是心理战。比起刷题这个更重要。有的公司觉得你是跳槽没什么需求的
话就给你低价，甚至是故意压低价格看你能不能同意。有的公司还会对你进行洗脑和教
育，说挣多少都不是最重要的之类的。这样的情况下其实对你很不利。所以你不如就告
知他们你有其他的offer并且有竞争力。所以就在等着一个好的雇主。
但是切记如果你身上没有其他的offer你要诚实一点说没有。要不会被当做是造价，反
而对你也不好。把握好分寸多去面试，把offer的时间拖得长一点让自己找到更合适自
己的工作。
