已经有capital one master 和macy credit卡，消费信用一直不错，手机网费按时交。
屡次申请boa,amazon,khol,target,walmart等的visa卡被拒，今天申costco联盟的
american express 再被拒，回信说是找不到信用积分，怎么弄？thx!
