看中了一个townhouse，全新的，地理位置学区都很好，可是对面隔着一个building就
是一大片affordable housing的apartments，各种族裔的孩子说着各种听不懂的语言在
外面玩耍。请问affordable housing对property value和日常生活影响大么？谢谢！

i think it's not affordable housing affect that townhouse's value. it's the
location that affects value. that's why a townhouse, not a luxury SFH was
built there. on the other hand, if the region is in continuous development,
and that affordable housing is gonna be torn down for a new community, then
it's good for buy property next to it

那个区基本上都是townhouses/condos/apts，交通便利社区繁华，可是对面的
affordable housing的一个大楼也是新盖的，应该不会很快被拆

i don't like such community. 交通便利社区繁华 can be double edged sword
because they are prone to crime

住户的档次影响当地的房价。廉价房的住户很多都是三教九流，会让当地治安，氛围，
舒适程度打折扣。
