i have around 15 papers, with around 10 as first author;
around 200 citations;
served as manuscript reviewers for 3 journals. around 10 times
sorry no Chinese in the lab.
please suggest if i am qualified, thanks a lot.

You have a similar case as mine (I mentioned my case yesterday a little),
two claim points (authorship, and contribution), need to strong the 3rd one.

Certainly doable. You can begin preparing materials. You will get a much
better idea of your qualifications and accumulate more supporting materials
while working on it.

I am in westcoast, so i have to submit to NSC rather than TSC, right?
I heard that it may be difficult in NSC. anyone has idea about this?
