Usually the Rewards Balance updates at 23:59 EST every Statement Close Date.
But you have to wait until the next morning to see the statement and
detailed reward activity.
Go to Manage Account->Recent Activity, then change Activity Period to 2nd
option "***-***(Current)". You'll see the Detailed Rewards Activity for the
current statement on the right.
