根据现在EB2转EB3的大潮，EB3不仅享受不到SO，还要算入家属，你认为有多少几率
EB3C不退回到和EB2C同期甚至更晚？假如USCIS默认降级，即使2500的EB3名额全部给
EB2，也仅仅能cover 2009年部分的EB2，怎么也轮不到你2012年的。

这个EB2降EB3也是要雇主支持的,也就是说不是每个人都会那么顺利,所以抢时间也很重
要啊.
而且这件事我觉得最有动力的也就是一一年底和一二年初的人,不能想象有EAD的和即将
被放水的折腾啥.

然后明年EB2C自己的quota可以cover一部分10年的，这样他即使啥都不做，后年也能递
485了。这个2转3的事情，只要有人做，EB2C就收益，吃亏的现在和以后需要file EB3
的人。
