发觉这家小银行的服务很差，网上留言从来不回，去local branch说是涉及online ban
king的所有业务他们都不受理只能打电话，打个电话排队又是等几个小时，不过倒是可
以留个联系方式，过几个小时后他们再打过来，总之碰到的事情很奇葩。
计划拿到Kindle这个bonus后就立马cancel，sigh~

强烈建议大家不要被它的价格所迷惑．
收了钱后本来许诺１周后就送，　结果２，３个月都没有货．
送了后又根本不是订的样式，还不肯道歉，也没有任何补偿．
以后绝不去它那里买家具了．

不知道我还有没有精力写出来,不过网上的抱怨已经不少了.

No, I've never recieved such an email. I opened the account in Januaray and
made monthly DD w/ >5 bill pay (each >$50) to credit cards.
Maybe I should call them to confirm.
