在一个美国当地的公司实习了半年多，马上要研究生毕业了，前阵子跟mentor的
manager M写信问是否能在毕业后转为正式，他的回信非常正式，说等到4月中旬我实习
快要结束的时候给我一个最近3个月的performance review，到那时再讨论未来各种工
作的可能，并在回信里把他的boss A加了进来，让他知道我的兴趣所在。原文：
I'm excited to hear that you're interested in working here beyond
> your internship. When we get closer to the end of your internship, we'll

另一个美国实习生说当她问是否能留下做全职的时候，得到的回答也基本是这样，她觉
得可能manager只是想回答的更official一些所以这样说，她认为没有什么问题。
高人C指点我应该直接问A，并问是否可以把review提前到3月底，因为要留给自己一些
时间plan career。我还没来得及问，manager跳槽到C的公司去了，他走前告诉我以后A
和D会负责我的工作评估。A好像对我有点意见，D是个女孩子，人非常nice，工作很上
进顶替了M的职位，但应该没有权利决定我的去留。最近A特别忙，每次问他是否可以跟
他聊几句，他都正忙。HR那里我还没有问。之前有研究生毕业留在这里都sponsor H1B。
本人对这个公司的发展有很多可行的见解曾跟C聊过，他认为是我留在这个公司的good
assets可以在跟领导谈的时候提到，是我能为公司带来的价值，零星和A说起过些。还
没有机会正式谈。
现在该怎么办，我5月中旬就该毕业了，4月1号H-1B名额即将开放。注：C曾经是这个公
司的副总裁，现在自己开公司从0开始，也非常忙，我不能去打扰他，怕他太太会有想
法。
