1. EE PhD or master with working experience in channel estimation.
2. know MIMO. If not, wireless com + dsp
3. Can work in both Matlab and C/C++ (entry level is OK).

关于审稿，请教：
1. 国内期刊的审稿，算吗？
2. 审过一篇文章，审稿意见分别是 major revision, minor revision，所以一共审了
三次
（每次审完后，都有编辑的感谢信），这能算几次啊？

WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET A TRAFFIC TICKET:
This advice was sent by a retired State Farm agent!

If you get a speeding ticket or went through a red light, or whatever the
case may be, you're going to get points on your license and a surcharge on

The system will then have to send you back a check for the difference.
However, here is the trick: DO NOT CASH THE REFUND CHECK! Throw it away!
THAT'S RIGHT...THROW IT AWAY...
Points are not assessed to your license until all Financial Transactions are
complete.
If you do not cash the check, then the transactions are NOT complete. The
system has received its money and is satisfied and will no longer bother you.
This information comes from an unmentionable computer company that sets up
the standard databases used by every state.
Send this to everyone you know. You never know when they may need it.

Easiest way to determine if a piece of information is: scroll to the end and
look for "Send this to everyone you know". If you see something like that,
you know it fake.
Took me 2 seconds.

Good info.
But I just wasted 10 mins on reading to confirm what I determined to be fake
in 2 seconds.
My methdpod has never been proven wrong in my 15 years of dealing with
internet spam.
