got response from one of the lawyer firms and it confuses me
1st response
"Please discuss directly with your company for their requirements and policy
in EB-1b. Thank you."
my reply to 1st response
"Thanks for the reply.
To be honest my company thinks my academic credential meet the minimum
requirement for EB1B application and agreed to work on it. However, I am not
satisfied with the efficiency and their past experience on handling this
type of cases and that is why I am looking for external options."
2nd response
"the problem is that you may not be able to hire your own attorney. you
should confirm with your employer for this first. good luck to you."
is this true? that my company won't allow me to do this? does this happen to
any body else?
thanks
