Q: Find the number of substrings of a string that are palindromes.
Can it be solved by O(n)?
My idea is to build an array p[i,j]=1 if string(i,...j) is palindrome
otherwise p[i,j]=0. Then sum of p[i,j] is the total number. This is a DP
idea by O(n^2).
Better solution? Thanks.

我是10年4月的排期，EAD到明年4月到期，如果到明年4月前current了，我还需要renew
EAD吗？

哎~我也是遇到一个ABC,每个星期就见一次面，当然都是他提起，他付钱，大概三个月
的时候想上床俺没答应，之后慢慢就没那么积极了，但还是见面，都不kiss了，还是一
个星期见一次面，有两个星期隔着没见面，这两天每天主动发的短信也没了，估计也是
没戏了，感觉ABC特能装的，有本事就跟wsn一样霸王硬上弓好了，非要女的主动脱裤子
才认，连干坏事的心理素质都没有,真浪费时间。。。

要。EAD 代表你的legal status，跟你是不是current 没关系。

我觉得吧，WSN习惯于霸王硬上弓是国内法律环境造成的。看美国的电影，一般都是女
人主动，否则很容易被告强奸。
现在国内对妇女的保护也开始严格了，只要女人去告强奸，都要先拘留男的，女人的地
位是越来越高了

my first instinct is to use Manacher's Algorithm which finds the longest
palindrome in linear time. But not sure if it can be applied to solve
this problem where multiple palindromes need to be found.
