去接女儿的时候，老师看到我说： "we have to work on Sharon." I must look very
surprised ans a little shocked. She said:" Don't worry. It doesn't mean a
bad thing. She was reading a book in the quiet center. A boy went to groung(
?)her face. Like this " Roar..." She just cried loadly. We told her she need
using her voice to tell that boy: I don't like you do this. Stop doing this
...We also worked on the boy. He is a tough one. We told him that you should
not roar to somebody's face. That hurt her feeling. Especially when she is
reading a book. She is focused on her book. You may scared her. You should
say sorry to her. Look her eye and say sorry. He did say sorry and Sharon
did calm down. We told her to say no. She did say that. We will keep working
on this to teach her use her voice."我也知道女儿胆子小，爱哭，本来也不觉得
这是什么大事, 一个小孩子搞怪把另一个孩子吓哭了。但是老师一个劲强调：Use your
voice, we need let somebody else know our voice.老师还是挺当回事的。老师的
说法是让别人听到我们的声音很重要，对自己对别人都很重要。让我想起最近大家讨论
的那个JM秀。我跟同事聊。我没有看过他的秀，我同事看过，他说我不说她就忘了：“
Don't take it serious, it just a joke" "You don't want somebody else to
correct your kids. It is not JM's problem to correct the kid. It is his
parents. Where he got the idea."她觉得大众没有责任教育而且不应该去教育一个孩
子，而是他的父母的责任。”以前觉得搞签名啊游行啊可能有点夸大了，通过跟女儿老
师的谈话，觉得我们是应该这么做。
