EB1A, 背景实在不强,被TSC 的 100号痛扁,后面要求补充已被商业化应用的成果.问题
是实在是没有啊,要不然第一轮已经交上去了.
绞尽脑汁想,算是有几个PATENT申请,但还在被公司内部审阅,不知猴年马月才能知道是
不是通过,即使幸运通过内部审核,然后又不知什么时候才能知道是不是被商标局批准.而且这些专利只是用在公司内部研发的PROJECT上,离卖出产品还远着呢.估计这位100号肯定是不鸟这些的.可别的真是撞墙也想不出了.
请问
1)RFE补交材料之后还是这个100号审吗? 是不是会换人审?
2)这还值得去折腾吗?律师还要一笔钱$500做这个RFE,俺穷人啊,希望实在太小的话就不
想搞了,SIGH. 最近NIW倒是终于批了,但优先日期都2011下半年了,唉,命运在别人手中
的感觉真难受

附100号的话:(承认审稿和写论文两项,但是对original scientific ......of majot significant in your field是这样批评的:)
This criterion has not been met because the evidence submitted does not show that your contributions are considered to be of major significance to the field of endeavor. Many of th eletter s of support were from individuals who already knew you, and the letters of support were general in nature, and did not establish your accomplishments are any greater than your peers......it is inherent for researchers to provide new research and findings that will help further additional findings..... given that your low publication rate (only 20), and low citatioin record (53), it has not been established your work had made a major significant impact within your field. To assistin determining whether of your contributions are original and of major significance, you may submit:
1) objective documentary evidence of the significance of your contribution to the field;
2) evidence of your work being implemented by others. Possible evidence may include but is not limited to :
contracts with companies using of your products;
licensed technology being used by others;
patents currently being utilized and shown to be significant to the field
3) any other relevant evidence
