我这个是什么状况。今天才去做了体检（前面的那个体检一年半多了，过期了，上周五
收到的RFE让重新体检。今天状态更新成这个了？

On July 13, 2015, we certified the approval of your Form I-485, Application
to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number
MSC139XXxxxxx, and sent it to the appropriate appellate office. That office
will send you a final decision. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/address

这个意思是说最后的决定好没定吗？

我的RFE体检还没寄出去呢。以前体检那个看了一下都快两年了。

你的体检还没交过去？？难道这是说其实发rfe的时候485就批好了？？什么情况。版主

我天天混EB版。这个case是F2A的case。
2013／9／26 PD。485同时递的（当时current，但是下个月就后退了两年）。体检，指
纹，面试都在14年前搞定。直到今年6月份又current。体检RFE上周五到，我还没弄好
。所以不知道目前是啥状况。F2A的那个485在uscis呆了快两年了，难道是因为这个被
送到appellate office？
上次来问过大家，我的EB2 2011年的，今年5月份就current了，结果因为那个F2A 485
递出去了，大家都说EB2的485不能递了，所以我没有递485。
刚google了下，好像只有F2A的情况有我的这个状况。EB的没有这个情况。看来
dependent不好当啊。呵呵。

google了下，大致清楚咋回事了。这个case status就是我的medical examination 的
RFE，搞得挺吓人的。13号发出的通知，20号收到的信时关于体检RFE的。
trackitt上有人讨论这个case status的。有开眼界了，学习了新知识了。

请问mm F2A是等到排期current才能交么？另外没有PERM和I140，怎么决定F2A的PD呢？

我只说一下配偶是绿卡的。当前的排期是2013年12月。
F2A（family based的，不是Employee based），先要提交130。然后你的130有个PD，
等排期到了递485。（这个是EB类的类似，先交140，排期到了交485）。我当时交130
的时候，是因为F2A的排期突然current了，如果你翻看一下2013年7月8月9月的排期，
就知道了。因为当时是current，所以我是130和485同时交了。后来退了。
