系统太烂，转钱那步刚过就挂了。username password还没set up。转钱也没完成，还
要到BOA查两笔小额deposit再登录回去验证。

ing direct被capital one买了，改名叫capital one 360，其实还是一个自己独立的银
行，你去capital one的branch都办不了capital one 360的业务，capital one 360是
个网上银行。

谢谢大家，我也打电话了，打电话之前把钱从ally saving转到了checking马上到账
capital one的客服mm说initial deposit更改账户很容易
问了一堆验证问题之后把原来的external account删掉，问了我新的routing和acct no.
说24小时左右就可以看到新账户代替了原账户
但还是有2个小额验证，验证之后自动转钱进capitalone账户
还是不能偷懒，之前查一下term就不会浪费这么多时间打电话

on hold不用担心，就是暂时不能取出来，不影响利息和bonus。

建立账户以后，和external account完成link。如何从external银行转钱？没有看到

你是在capital one 360里link的吗？link之后capital one 360会发两笔小钱到你的
external account，你在external account查了之后，再回到capital one 360去
verify，这才算连上。

钱，过程和在capital one 360里把external bank连上，从external bank里pull钱出
来正好相反。

连到她的capital one 360上，用capital one 360 pull出来。PNC账户转的daily

我正准备赶月底的这一波申请，我的钱在local bank，打电话问了，说是通常的
transfer一天最多2k，一周最多10k，一个月最多才20k。而且说是第一次transfer会需
要大概8-9个business day。而这个bonus需要10天之内钱到账，而且我问了说是只能从
一个外部银行账号打钱，不能多个账号同时打钱。
