to take his/her 3%, and leave the rest of the money on the table. Otherwise
he is pocketing all the commissions, and where is the saving coming from?

。 我也是怀疑他说的，但觉得他为了拿两份（3%+3%）佣金，有没可能去忽悠owner把
价格弄低些？

difference to the seller whether there is a buyer agent or not (he pays a
fix %), unless he has a very very special deal with the seller agent.
Or seller agent could trick the seller to accept a lower offer, but he is
not fulfilling his fiduciary duties, and is not ethical at the least.
