周末下大雨，发现地下室进水了：地毯踩上去，就会出水。
Sump pump貌似工作正常。水最多的地方不靠墙，也不靠窗。
今天给几个做basement repair的打电话，居然最早也只能下周五才能过来看。
请问在此之前，除了租carpet blow，是不是要用什么其他工具先把水抽干？
如果要联系专业人士，该怎么查？
有没有什么暂时减少进水的办法?貌似这周还要下几天雨， :(

Read my story below and dont ever use those pay phones by credit card.
I thought i could get my money back from the bank, but not true.
I was stuck in Japan Narita Airport for a couple of days due to ticketing
issues and I needed to make phone calls to US to ask for help on my flight
ticket.
Since it was a transfer, I did not have any Japanese currencies to make the
phone call and "fortunately" there is a phone that I could use my credit
card to make the call. Due to the complexity flight ticket

“虽然我熟悉的是中国秧歌，雅各布·卢财长了解的可能是美国街舞，但不同的舞蹈都
是对舞台的丰富，舞蹈语言也有共同规律，对话就是交流。”这是汪洋6月23日在中美
战略与经济对话的开场白。汪洋开口便以“舞蹈”来比喻中美关系，引起与会中美两国
官员的笑声。此前汪洋上台时还拿克里的腿开了个玩笑，现场气氛一下子活跃起来。这
是汪洋主持中美战略与经济对话以来第二次来华盛顿参会，他显得驾轻就熟，以至于在
不到4分钟就结束公开发言，现场一些记者都没反应过来。
而美国国务卿克里（John Kerry）在讲话中却表示，美中不可能在所有议题上达成一致
，但可以缩小分歧。如果已完全达成一致，这样的对话没有意义，如果重新讲述原有立
场，这样的讨论也枯燥无味。不知克里的发言是否在暗示汪洋的讲话是“讲述原有立场
”的老生常谈，一味强调对话而不谈实质性问题，中国的态度似乎使焦急突破的美方很
无奈。
除了克里，美国副总统拜登（Joe Biden）提到了双方的分歧，比方说网络安全、全球
的贸易准则等领域，一个和平崛起的中国能给美国提供积极因素，美中一定会有竞争，
也会有分歧，但在很多重要问题上要继续扩大合作。美国财长雅各布·卢（Jacob Lew
）表示，希望两国能够通过对话解决最棘手的问题，相信对话会达成更积极、具体、务
实的成果。

可以租洗地毯的吸水，还有dehumidifier.

肯定得先找出进水原因。水是哪儿来的总得搞清楚。
掀地毯吧。
自己动手要小心被鲨鱼牙钉扎着。

same thing happened to me at Hong Kong airport. Charged $20 and didn't even
connect.

I have the same experience for using a pay phone in a US national park.
Since there was no cell phone signal, I made a domestic call with credit
card at a pay phone for just 1 min. There was no rate posted at all. It
turned out that I got charged $38 for the 1 min domestic call.
