Return reason: Accidental order
Buyer comments: I wanted the Kaspersky Pure 2.0 and discovered I purchased
the wrong one after the program rejected my access code. Knowing that this
is the earlier version, I am also disappointed with the price.
他自己买错还拆开了。这样return回来我还能再卖么？
这种情况该不该给他return啊？

Per Amazon stardard return policy, you have to let this buyer return. But
since buyer 买错还拆开了, You can charge 50% based on Amazon software return
policy.
