各位大侠，本人遇到大麻烦，
有在美国学法律的大侠吗
帮帮我吧，我住的房间隔壁是个美国人，
天天放音乐声音特别大有，有时还通宵
弄的我都不能睡觉和学习。
和他说了好几次都不听，今天实在声音太大了
我又跑过去，居然朝我吼今天是周6，还只有9点，我管不着
我当场被气的没话说
想请警察，所以想问一下，
美国的法律对噪音这一问题有没有什么特殊规定的
急啊，总不能一直忍

If it is noisy late at night, you can call the police.
And also you can talk to you landlord. Your landlord has the right and
obligation to prevent the guy from disturbing your life. If your landlord does
nothing, you have the right to break the lease and move out.

If the landlord did something but the roommate still keeps doing that, what we
can do?
