In 1980, a couple was caught in this state and they challenged
constitutionality of the state criminal code. They lost at both trial court
and state's highest appellate court.

Yesterday, GreenPapaya sent me an email asking if adultery is illegaql in
United Kingdom. (I had told him it was criminal in Massachusetts.)
