I'm just wonderfing if chinese people in law school already used this
service(LSACD) for applications, especially those finished undergraduate
studies in China.
I figured out we could use it only if our undergraduate school's registrar
could mail my transcript directly to LSACD. Did anybody do this before?

I don't think you can use it if you attended college in mainland China. I
think it is written somewhere in the application brochures. I did not use it.
