先说说啥味道啊：
336上的是Tung-sol+Tung-sol。EF1上换过RCA光头，GE, IEC/Mullard, 橙标Amperex，
GE比较差就不说了，Mullard和Amperex解析力都不错，不过我听下来觉得最喜欢
Amperex，原因下面解释。
说实话这两个耳放都是同价位的东西，所以没有谁第一下就把另一个比下去的情形。
EF1初听上去好像解析很好，不过仔细一听发现声音更贴人一点，好多时候感觉歌手就
在你旁边或者钢琴小提琴就在你几米远的地方。336距离则远一点，例如EF1的歌手是3
米的时候，336听上去就好像5米，EF1的钢琴是10米的时候，336就可能有半个舞台那么
远。不过两者的音场大小我感觉是差不多的。
近有近的好处，EF1的定位就很好，这也不奇怪，距离不到10米的乐器当然可以精确到
半米之内。336的定位也很好，但是因为感觉距离远一点，所以误差要相应扩大。不过
贴人的缺点就是齿音和毛刺感会比较容易感觉到。相比之下336就柔滑一点。
至于音色的表现，我这个木耳基本没听出来什么。除了上面

大家听说过EB1b/Perm 485 pending 180天“内”换同领域工作，尽管原单位没有
retract 140，但485还是给巨的吗？
只听说485 pending 180天后换工作可以，但不知道180天内换是不是肯定给局。。。
另外，前两天发过如下帖子，没多少人打理，顺便再问一下：

刚读了“试释 I-485 pending 换工作的 180天”（http://blog.wenxuecity.com/myblog/14332/200711/37365.html)，有几个小问题：
1. 如果递交485后两个月换了工作（领域相同），但随后（递交180天内）移民官要对
我的485进行裁决，那么他是否肯定会看到我的H1b transfer材料，并肯定锯掉485？（
原文提到这种可能性极低，但不知是485 180内裁决的可能性低，还是移民官发现我H1b
transfer材料的可能性低，还是即使发现马上锯掉的可能性低？）
2. 如果上述情况移民官不是肯定拒485，那么是否可能发份RFE，然后我把新工作的相
同或近似的证据提交就可以了？
3. 如果万一Eb1b 485由于上述短期内换工作的唯一原因遭拒，那么会不会对我以后NIW
的485产生影响？

如果签了一年的lease，但是由于没有工作，甚至没有身份，负担不起了，不得不退房
离开，要付违约费吗？谢谢！

possible, both Yates memo and later Aytes memo, and most recently Neufeld
memo stated that again and again. If your I-140 is eventually approved.
But of course USCIS still can deny you if they want to revisit your I-140 on
whether that I-140 was approved in error and your prior employer does not
cooperate.

The only thing I want to find out is that, if I switch to a new job in the
same area within 180 days of 485 pending, will be 485 later on be denied
possibly, most likely, or for sure.
Actually I found something contradictory between Yates/Aytes Memo and
Neufeld memo you kindly directed:
Based on Yates/Aytes Memo,

Question 10. Should service centers or district offices deny portability
cases on the sole basis that the alien has left his or her employment with
the I-140 petitioner prior to the I-485 application pending for 180 days?
Answer: No. ...

It seems they will not deny 485 simply because I switch to new job within
485 pending for 180 days.
However, according to Neufeld memo

Pursuant to AC21 § 106(c), the approval of a Form I-140 employment-based (
EB) immigrant petition shall remain valid when an alien changes jobs or
employers, if:
•
A Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status, on the basis of the EB immigrant
petition has been filed and remained un-adjudicated for 180 days or more;
and
•
The new job is in the same or similar occupational classification as the job
for which the petition was filed.

It is emphasizing the importance of longer than 180 days if I want to keep
140 valid. However, logically, it does NOT necessarily conclude that leaving
current employer within 180 days will lead to 485 denial for sure.
So, in short, the answer for my original question is: possibly and not for
sure, right?

Look for force majeure clause in your lease agreement, e.g. something that
says you are not liable if the failure is due to Act of God, and see whether
layoff by a third-party falls into the scope of that clause.
On a practical note though, why not talk with the landlord to work out
something? Most people are pretty sympathetic in this economy. I don't
think there's any need to resort to the language of the lease unless your
communication w/ the landlord has broken down.
