like "why can't a person with less
education perform the duties of your position?". how would one answer such

请教一个关于压缩软件7-zip的棘手问题：我用7-zip加密码，压缩了几个文件到一个
archive，并且存到了外置WD移动硬盘。现在只能打开其中一部分文件，另外一部分文
件打不开了。查了一下，很有可能是7-zip的加密压缩和WD移动硬盘自带的encryption
一起，不知道怎么把文件损坏了。请问是否还有办法恢复？多谢！

前几天我们家找人来砍树，坎树的人把邻居的松树折断了一个头，还有另一颗树的几个
树枝。邻居找人来claim,说这要600多美元。砍树的人说有保险，而且已经把保险信息
以及他们的电话交给了邻居。邻居说还要找专门的人去评估一下他的损失，需要两周左
右的时间。
不知道这种情况我们应该怎么处理。我们应该现在就付给砍树人钱么？还是需要等他们
和我邻居之间把这个问题解决好了再付给他钱？因为万一砍树的人的保险公司不负责的
话，我觉得他们很可能也不付，因为砍树他们就收了500美金的费用。邻居还没评估就
张口要这么多，评估以后还不知道要多少呢。。。万一最后邻居找上我们来怎么办？我
们应该怎么保护自己阿？如果我们跟砍树的人签一个协议，说明白一切都他自己负责，
这种协议会起到保护我们的作用么？

Don't know your job but for university professor, for instance, phd is
common sense. For civil engineer, master degree is a stretch since lots of
engineers only have bachelor's degree. However, for civil engineer, 5 years
experience is reasonable. You know your job well, if master is required then
you can answer that with ease.
