But I wonder how I can figure out my status. Bascially, I am a full-time
student in Indiana. The accident was in the Recreational Sports Center of our
university.
Another thing is about consulting the attorney. If I just consult them, I
don't need pay for it. Is this right?

真是好同学。不过现实中没人一头扎到法律理论里。问学校的保险公司是哪个，打电话给
保险公司，询问他们估计的赔偿数目(一般都会给压得很低)。argue，去律所写封profess
ional点的信致保险公司，提出你要求的数目，然后看保险公司反应。lawyers can cost
an arm and a leg. they are fund-suckers in most situations. try solving
problems outside courtrooms unless it's absolutely necessary. if it's only a
minor issue involving a small amount of money, you can file the lawsuit
yourself in a small-claim court, which typically costs you $20.00 once and for
all.
