一不小心在ebay上拍到了一辆车，1998 Lincoln : Continental， 96000miles,
净价5300得手。加上税，手续费，运费，大约需6800。
现在及其懊悔，极不想要，但是seller是个公司，写着：如果我不按期付清费用，就要去
告我！
按规定今天晚上之前，就要支付10%的钱了，但是我实在是不想要这辆车，但是我又害怕
他去告我！现在怎么办阿！
它又写着：If you have "0" or negative feedback, you must contact us prior to
placing your bid in order to confirm your intentions. If we do not get an
email with a phone number from a bidder without feedback, your bid will be
cancelled immediately. 我就是have 0 feed back，为什么没有把我的bid immediately
cancelled掉啊?

It seems to me that whether the seller choose to cancel your bid is his right.
So he may not necessarily cancel your bid and can claim it is valid if he
choose to do so...isn't it?
If you don't want that car, why bid it from the very beginning?
