我从一个apartment里搬出来两个月了，还没有拿回我的eletricity deposit。
事情是这样的，我们三个人share电费，但是具体由一个人负责。搬家之后，负责电费的

然后他说让我们去找原来那时候住在房子里的人去要钱。
本来这个押金数额不大，我有一段时间都快忘了。最近想起来，就给原来住我房间的哥
们B发信说我不大相信那个人说的话。他说他不知道要不要叫警察，因为这个是一个小c
ase。他说因为我们解决不了这个问题（要回deposit），问我可不可以和他分担损失。
我觉得很奇怪。就去找原来管电费的A发信要账号，要给电力公司打电话查一查。A以为
我要钱，回信就一句话：找B去要钱，别找我。我说我不是要钱，我要帐号，还用大写字
母重复一遍。到现在都没有回音。

我今天最后一次找他要钱，他回信说：
if you believe you have experienced a fraud, see you in the court
do whatever you believe is correct and be responsible for what you did
那么，我准备近期起诉他。
我可以收集到的证据：
他的email，证明deposit尚未归还
证人

If I were you, I would call the Power company and see if they can provide
information on the refund transaction. For instance, the refund must have come
in a check.Whoever took the money would leave a banking trail. If you can find
out to which bank that check went to, you can easily nail the bastard.

单。
之后传真过来9月电费的复印件，和transaction纪录。deposit在开户一年后被refund，

我有transaction record，deposit被credit back。
没有证据证明他把这个钱退给别人了。
我明天给县法院打电话要表了。I will definitely screw him up this time.

I have a few questions:

So A did say the electricity company said the deposit was refunded in 2002.
Then did he live in the apt and be responsible for the bill at that time?

The whole situation is not clear yet.
But I would like to say that, sometimes it is better to let something go.
There is no justice for everything. When you look back a few years later, you
might feel that you spend time and feeling on sth not worthy at all.

If you are not the original renter, who asked for the deposit and whom did you
pay your money to?
