请问拿到NY律师资格如果不在该州practise law, 该如何具体解决continuing legal
education问题呢？比如拿到资格后在 NY 进non-profit organization, 或是在外州工作
。
如果不学，是否还算是in good standing?

New York's MCLE Rule provides an exemption for attorneys who do not
practice law in New York. Since the issue of whether you are practicing
law in New York is a question of law, you alone must make that
determination. If you decide that you do not, then you are exempt from
the Rule, and you are merely required to maintain supporting
documentation demonstrating your eligibility for an exemption and
certify to that exemption on your next New York biennial registration
statement. Nothing further is
